After shooting 60+ weddings one thing became clear — LOTS of guests are going to record you that day, whether you ask them to or not. In fact, even if you ask them NOT to film! So why not lean into it and take advantage?
LarvickMedia’s background is in filming weddings cinematically, working to get the perfect shot and the film-like scenes. But even when couples requested that everyone pocket their phones and put away their iPads, we consistently struggled to find angles that did not have an awkward uncle standing right in front of the camera with a large tablet, recording his own version of the day.

Let’s create a memorable keepsake from your wedding day, sourced from your guests. We’ll arrange for cloud storage, a scannable code, and a structure that nearly ensures success. Take advantage of our years of experience to add guidance and parameters to your crowd sourced footage. Then, communicate with your guests – giving them direction. Throughout the day your friends and family will be MORE than happy to record you in all the various moments. Then scan the code and upload the clips. Voilà.
From there we’ll take the collection of footage and curate it, cut it, polish it, and return it to you in the form of a highlight reel video. The magic is in the editing! (See some examples of a decade of wedding film edits below).
